Japanese Tencel Denim, 9 oz
Tencel denim, 9 oz, woven in Japan. The eco-friendly answer to traditional cotton denim: same indigo bite, same fade potential, but with the silk-soft hand, fluid drape, and moisture management that only Tencel (lyocell) can deliver. What it's good for
Lightweight summer jeans, denim shirts and overshirts, drapey jumpsuits, easy-wearing dresses, button-downs, jackets that don't feel like jackets. Tencel denim is the perfect choice when you want the look of denim without the weight or stiffness.
Hand feel and drape
Soft and fluid straight off the bolt, unlike traditional cotton denim that needs breaking in. Drapes beautifully. Holds indigo well and fades with the same character as cotton denim over time. Cool against the skin in warm weather.
Care
Cold machine wash inside out, wash separately on first wash since indigo will bleed. Line dry or tumble dry low. Tencel is naturally wrinkle-resistant so iron only if needed. No bleach.
